Access Arts Scotland
Welcome! This is a website to help disabled people and BSL users of all ages in Scotland find where there are accessible arts programmes/training near them.
This website was created by Cutting Edge Theatre in 2025, in response to research on the lack of provision for equal arts access for disabled people across Scotland. It brings together a number of organisations all working in these sectors – all to make the creative arts truly accessible!

There are three ways to use this map:
- Search 🔍 for groups by location – type a place into the search bar at the top of the map.
- Filter ☑️ groups by category (dance, drama, music).
- Click on the word “Filter” below the search bar (at the top left of the map).
- You can also search groups by age and type on the individual maps above.
- Click on the word “Filter” below the search bar (at the top left of the map).
- Look 👀 for groups by name – they are listed alphabetically at the left.
- On phones, this list may show up at the bottom instead.
